Great classes! Really friendly club and very family friendly too. It’s a fun mix of learning new skills and also increasing fitness and coordination. There are classes for all levels and ages. Best club in the area!

We couldn't be happier with our experience at 1st taekwondo.My children, ages 8 and 3, absolutely love their Taekwondo classes. The instructors are incredibly patient, engaging, and create a fun atmosphere that keeps the kids excited to learn.

My 8-year-old has gained confidence and improved their skills, while my 3-year-old enjoys the playful introduction to techniques. It's wonderful to see them both develop discipline and coordination in such a supportive environment.

Highly recommend it for families looking for a fantastic martial arts program!

Our two boys go to Phil’s sessions at least twice a week. They have a great time. The sessions teach them a number of things including discipline and self defence. I recommend the sessions for both boys, girls and adults. Get involved and attend your 1st session, you won’t regret it.
