Had a lab DF3 fitting with Shay. Great guy and very knowledgeable, spent loads of time with me making sure everything was done right. Putter delivered in 3 weeks. Howard in the pro shop was great on pick up making sure I tested it to make sure everything was ok before leaving. Great experience and highly recommended ?

L.A.B putter fitting, straight to the point. Compared a few models, got fit for lie angle, length, weight, grip, colour and style. Shay was very attentive throughout and ensured I had the best possible set up. Highly recommended, regardless of your handicap.

Just had an iron fitting with Shay and it was well worth the money. After a few swings Shay really honed in on what clubs would suit me. I’m an extremely average player but Shay gave me confidence within a few minutes that his decisions were accurate and only to benefit my golf game the best he possibly could. There was no hard sell and when I get the nod from “the boss”, I’ll definitely be ordering my next set of irons through Shay. He matches the prices from the big online shops and you can’t be any fairer than that.

Wow, what an experience!! I booked in for a fitting of the Ping 530i’s with Shay at Belton Park GC yesterday. It’s the biggest investment I’ve made in golf equipment and so Shay took his time to explain each part of the fitting process and patiently answered all of my amateur questions! Shay is clearly enthusiastic about his profession and I learned quite a bit about my swing and the equipment ….pretty much got a coaching lesson out of it as well as my brand new irons….and woods…..wedges….AND PUTTER. (He’s a pretty good sales guy too ?)
The service has been excellent though, I live overseas and am travelling soon, so Shay has gone the extra mile to get my clubs ready for me before I leave. Thanks Shay

Outstanding guidance packaged in the friendliest format.

As someone who had never had a formal lesson I was quite nervous to underdstand what was wrong with my swing. Over the course of an hour Shay helped me understand the fundamentals of a good swing and showed me how to implement them. Working from the ground up to arm me with the knowledge I needed to refine everything in my own time.

More importantly his approach to packaging the deeper mechanics and learnings into memorable hooks now allow me to easily mentally reference them on the course and understand my own performance. Think hashtags for all the info you should remember.

Incredibly detailed knowledge of biomechanics and human psychology. Fantastic eye for detail and approach on how to structure your focus.

Also.. huge plus.. really sound guy! The sort of person you’d happily share a pint with. Can’t fault the guy.

Visited Shay for a full bag fitting and had a great experience. He is a very knowledgeable guy with lots of experience. I was made to feel comfortable and everything was explained fully without making things complicated. The equipment used and pro shop is excellent and I would 100% recommend anyone wanting a club fitting to visit Shay.
