I have been taking classes with Emma for over 10 years now. Emma has such a comprehensive way of teaching. You really understand the muscle group you are working on for each exercise as Emma explains and encourages you to push for more or will give an easier option if you need it. She seems to read my mind and be one step ahead with advice and her charming manner. You will never regret a class with Emma. You will soon be hooked and feeling much more supple and loose. Brilliant.
