Great first aid training session today by Steve. Very informative and interesting hands on the practice on the very upto date mannequin. Good sense of humour too do had a really great time and feel really refreshed knowing all my updated first aid. Thank you x

Absolutely first class training provider. I have undertaken FAW numerous times before and First Aid North East are on another level. Chris is a fantastic tutor who goes the extra mile, and will make you feel at ease from the get go. The learning style is very relaxed and the venue is perfect.

From personal experience, first aid North East were excellent and were very professional during my Level 2 award in first aid for mental health. Instructors are very knowledgeable and very friendly definitely recommend.

Just returned from a one day emergency first aid at work course. This course hit on many topics that have never been mentioned on any of the three previous courses I have attended so I came away with a lot of knowledge which I hope to put into practice in the future. This course was extremely well organised and run. The instructor Chris made you feel at ease as he worked through both practical and theoretical parts of the course. Topics included CPR for adults, children and babies. Lunch was provided and was delicious, tea and coffee was available all day and apart from our lunch break there was a mid morning and mid afternoon break too. If you are looking to renew your first aid certificate or are considering doing a course for the first time please don't look anywhere else as service with First Aid North East is first class.

I learned a lot it was really fun and and extremely helpful highly recommended, bring the different types of practical resources to use while learning, it was really good and everyone enjoyed it!!

I have done lots of First Aid courses but I am returning here travelling from Manchester for my refresher as I felt the instructor gave precise information in a simplistic and relaxed manner , Very easy to find comfortable atmosphere and Chris made what can be very text book course a pleasure with witty banter thrown in for free , a great course looking forward to going back next week
