Used this company through my employer to gain functional skills to progress through work. Major issues from the start, extremely poor communication from all staff, bad organisation skills, sometimes two teams meetings being set up for one class with students on both meetings and tutors had no idea how to fix it. Issues getting handouts and learning materials. All tutors appear to be free lance. Quality of lessons and teach to a poor standard. It's amazing to see English PowerPoint slides with multiple spelling mistakes ! Failed my Maths level 2, due to a mix up and poor communication I had to litreally argue at the door to sit my Maths. I believe due to the stress before my exam this is why I failed. I was emailed by the tutor and said you have to sit the course again "there is no way you can pass yet". Paid £90 and went and sat an exam with a different provider and passed with ease. Overall wouldn't recommend, stressful and disappointing experience.
