I came here to write a review to find that the other reviewers pretty much wrote EXACTLY what I was going to say. At the local fair there was a table set up where a guy was making balloon animals for the kids and encouraged you to enter your info for a chance to win a set of Christian books for kids. Next thing you know, a few weeks after the fair someone shows up at your door around dinner time to tell you that you didn't win but that they'd love to show you the set. It wasn't a good time when he first came by, but that didn't stop them from coming back. He had his wife in the car and once I agreed to view the books he invited her in too. After looking things over and hearing the price (they're expensive and appeared to have been written and illustrated in the 80s or c earlier) I explained that I wouldn't be buying because I didn't realize they'd be so much $$ and we had just had to spend $10k to replace the engine in our truck right after adopting our two kids (which by the way is entirely true). He then proceeded to show me a less expensive option with less books (still over $200). When I said I really couldn't, he showed me payment plan options. Now it's not that he was pushy, in fact he seemed like a nice enough guy and he prayed for my family after I made the purchase- but the only reason I bought is because I was nervous to say no. I mean a strange man shows up at your door around dinner time, takes over 30 minutes to explain things, and it's just awkward. Immediately after they left I felt buyers remorse but can't find anything online about how to cancel or if there's corporate contact info.

We found the “Children Sentry Classics” books at a local fair and filled out a card to receive more information. Since then, I have had the same sales rep show up at my house without an appointment at inappropriate times asking for my wife. In addition, he lied and told us that he was the author. I had a stern conversation with him for this unprofessional, inappropriate behavior and am currently trying to make contact with the company to ensure that this never happens again.

I filled out a postcard to receive more information because they left a sample book in the office that I work at. I can’t tell you how I felt with a stranger standing at my front door at 8 pm at night holding my handwritten postcard I filled out. Receiving more information does not mean show up at my front door at dark unannounced. I was interested in the books for my grandchildren but this has left me skeptic on how they do their business.

I had ordered some books from this place which I never received the books over a month. Then I got have not gotten a statement from the company which was wrong to start. Saying I paid $50 down which I paid $60 on cause I have a credit card statement. Then I asked if I could return them cause of the headache. I’ve been charged for a online thing which I won’t use anyway. Then the books are still sealed on my shelf. The guy said he can’t refund me cause he paid the rep so he would make a living. Very rude that such so called Christian people can’t do the right thing and just give me my $60 and come pick them up. The representative I can’t even contact cause his phone isn’t in service. There just sitting here! Wish they could do the right thing and not try to give me excuses on top of telling me they couldn’t help me. Not fair!!
