I signed up for Verrolyne’s Live In Carer Training Pack and was very satisfied with the services they provide. The course is fast track, affordable and completes on schedule. The course content is precise, practical with hands –on training and easy to understand.

I lost my access to my account after 1 year's duration I had a breakdown and lost my bearing of things due to breavemant.-It has been 6 months since the end of my one year enrollement. I called the manager to submit my only last unit, I was informed that, there was no way I could access my learning portifolio because it had experired! I tried to beg and pay for the whole course again so I can have access my learning marterial and print, I was told I have to pay and start the course from a scratch! Meaning my whole year and effort was useless. Please don't take a chance with this training, you have to make sure that, you're done within a year, and be aware, you will never get access to your learning marterial, so please print as you go! It's quite dramatic, with all the IT awareness, someone says that, no one can access my account after the 1 year duration! This a reap off training provider, I don't recommend it to anyone! They have killed my motivation to study especially that, I'm trying to get back to my usual sense.

Beware! Purchased an online course £112.50 with discount in Nov 2017. Have had constant problems accessing the course. When phoned poor phone reception as this is re-routed to their mobiles in India so be prepared for long hold times too. Arun(Manager) Guru (consultant) Karthick (Sales) Annabelle (Accounts) all of them will assure you with 'very sorry madam... we will resolve your problem in ..a few hrs..a few days.'
Problem takes months to resolve ... then same problem again. I have spent more time chasing them for access than doing this course. They will NOT answer emails. Over 20emails sent. They will say anything on the phone to placate you but won't deliver what they say. 1 star given for the speed in which they took money from my account. & gave me a receipt. Limited access I had to the course is of poor quality. like a powerpoint presentation.. nothing more. Check out the other reviews..the good ones are all 'english as a second language. I am still waiting for a refund ... they refuse to answer emails.
