My three children attended the Smart Raspberry cookery school at Staples Road Primary. They attended for many years and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The recipes were always different and varied. Rachel made the lessons enjoyable and fun! They developed their cookery skills and a real interest in the food they were making. Gee Angelo responded quickly and professionally to any queries and changes I needed to make. Thank you both for an excellent after school club!

My daughter has just completed a few terms of online classes with Gee, and loves the experience even if she doesn't always like what they make, I have enjoyed them all, and will miss having a meal cooked each week 🙂

It's given her a lot of confidence with her baking too, and is a valuable life skill.

We have made a folder of our favourite recipes so we can recreate them again and again.

Gee and Rachel have been absolutely brilliant during my son's cooking lessons. He has learnt so much and become a much less fussy eater. He is also more willing to explore new foods and textures now. We are vegetarian and they've always modified recipes to ensure that he still learns the same techniques while accomodating our dietary needs. We have enjoyed all the fruits of their labour and look forward to Tuesdays to try something yummy. I would recommend these lessons to anyone who would like to encourage a love for cooking in their children.

My 11yo son takes Gee Angelo's weekly online cookery course and it's really helped build his confidence and experience of cooking. The recipes are tasty and not too advanced but always include some new skill or ingredient for him (and me) to learn. Gee has the patience of a saint and always brings the class along with her, explaining, helping and waiting where necessary to ensure a good experience for all.
