I recently attended a CPR training at my workplace and it was fantastic. The instructor Heather was clear and very knowledgeable, making the material easy to understand. We practiced CPR on dummies and learned how to use an AED, which really boosted my confidence. I feel more prepared to help in an emergency. I’d recommend this training to anyone who wants practical, hands-on experience!

I'm delighted to commend HTS to you - we have been receiving our BLS and dental medical emergency training from Heather annually for many years and we all always enjoy the excellent way she relays the same information in a different ways relating back to actual events ensuring we are all engaged and involved all with a sense of fun in what is a serious subject and is the tone of the topic is pitched just right. HTS as a whole are very organised and helpful. Tim and Heather are a great team, planning our next date in advance for us and last year even helping us with a team member who was unwell on the day of our course, being able to book in to attend another course they were running locally when they were well again.

The first aid training all the staff received from Heather was great! All the staff reported that Heather's talk was informative and kept their interest all day. She even gave us lots of handy little tips to remember things by. She clearly knows her stuff! When we have to renew i shall be requesting Heather once again.
