Positive experience all round. Candi is just an electrical genius that knows how to tailor her delivery and teaching style to every single pupil to achieve a positive outcome. My classmates were also very supportive and the support team were so helpful and polite. Such an amazing bunch ☺️. Will be going back for level 3 and if I could do the NVQ and AM2 there, I would.

Amazingly well taught 2391 by Dorian he's a credit to teaching at such a young age and deserves total recognition as he is a massive asset to the company. Also Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining things with clarity although my time with him was brief. Won't go anywhere else for courses now. Will actually miss not being there Monday as I love to learn from others. Will deffo book next course soon. Thank you

Been with PTT few times now.. ladies in office are very helpful, happy to spilt the payment fairly before course starts.
Did my 2391-52 recently. It was not easy and you need to be clued up and working in trade as well as wanting to learn 18th edition, sam was great with any questions I had. I had some holes in my knowledge, but he helped go over what I needed to learn in more detail, which was a great help.
The Whole team were great and I will hopefully be doing my 2357 nvq3 with them very soon...

A brilliant experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good awareness of social distancing and Covid 19 precautions.
My lecturer Chris, was superb and I couldn't have asked for more. As an ex teacher myself I recognised that he really understood the concept of teaching and learning and made the whole process fun. Well done Chris.
The office staff were charming and so helpful. Any worries that I had prior to my course and exam quickly disappeared due to the thoroughly professional and supportive atmosphere at PTT.
1000% everyone.

I attended a Fire Alarm Course with PTT, just after the COVID-19 lockdown, the course was well planned, the building was laid out well to allow for protective measures. The tutor was very engaging, the course content was what I expected, and great communication after the course with delays with certificates. I would highly recommend PTT for their training and services.

What can I say!!! PTT is a great training centre!!!
There's a guy there called Sam who has an awful lot of knowledge on the subjects being taught. He has this character like, within 5 minutes of meeting him you've known him years! But yet very focused on your success! His attitude towards great training comes from BA where he piloted Boeing's! A very clever guy. I'll be back booking more course's in the coming future!!!! The girls in the office were very polite, professional and organised also!!! And the food was great!!! I rate these guys 5 stars!!!

I attended for my 18th Edition course and exam and wish I had done my 2365 Lvl2 and Lvl3 here also.

Very direct centred teaching. Saving time on repeating unnecessary knowledge.

Really enjoyed learning under Sam. Who welcomed every student, and made sure individual student understood what was being taught by giving personal 121 time. Wish they did more courses
