Absolutely brilliant Physio!!!. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Sara is an excellent physio and has helped me so much with the injuries I have had - most have been quite quickly resolved! One is a physical knee cartilage tear which she diagnosed immediately and referred me on to an excellent consultant as more intervention was needed.
She doesn’t con you with packages of appointments either - she works on a need basis, based on her excellent professional diagnosis and care. Can’t praise her highly enough! I recommend her without reservation. Thanks Sara!

Sara is a credit to the physio profession, she listens, cares, makes realistic easy to follow rehab programmes and I am pain free after several shoulder problems. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit her Hexham clinic. Great job and fab rehabilitation gym.

I can highly recommend Insync physio, my husband and I have both found Sara gets to the bottom of our problems and helps us understand the best pathway to recovery. With treatment in the clinic and the easy to follow exercises she prescribes we have both been surprised at our recovery. I have been visiting Sara frequently for the last year while I have been training for various running events. I started my fitness journey just over a year ago and Sara has supported me every step of the way ensuring I am pain and injury free. Sara is the most approachable person and puts you straight at ease, She listens to your needs and offers advice to support anyway she can. Any aches and pains I walk in with are easily rectified and I always walk out on cloud nine.

Both myself and my partner Steve have both had Physiotherapy and sports massage treatment from Sara. We have found her to extremely professional and has a wealth of knowledge and experience, meaning that she is able to diagnose and treat problems very effectively and with great results. Steve has always been a very fit and active person, and due to a back issue after trying various people for help, was verging on giving up hill walking and cycling. However after being assessed and treated by Sara he now has a new lease of life and is able to hike 20+ miles in the mountains and thinks nothing of cycling up to 100 miles again. Needless to say we have every confidence in her and wouldn't think twice about recommending her, which we have done to several of our friends ?

Really good physio from Sara at In Sync. Sorted an old lower back injury with a bit of treatment and a program of home exercises using the PhysiApp program. This is a very good tool to record progress, give feedback, and the associated videos help with your exercise technique. It’s not just the physical work, Sara also talks you thru the causes of and the remedy for the problem, giving lots of info and advice for good back health into the future. Recommended by my wife who is undergoing rehab with Sara following a motorcycle accident.
