Called yesterday to collect my parcel only to be informed that my parcel had been collected. When I said I had not collected my parcel or any member of my family, an elderly lady seemed to want to blame me that I had maybe left it too long to collect my parcel! fortunately a young lady said she had noticed 2 parcels of similar name Ann Elliott and myself! No apology from older woman she just asked for my mobile number so that when the other lady came to collect her correct parcel she would bring mine back (fingers crossed) and they would phone me! So today I finished early from work to collect my parcel, no apology from the elderly gentleman about mix up, only he “knew about parcel” and handed it over. When I complained of the inconvenience of this mix up he said it didn’t happen often which I said it should not happen at all, especially when customer has to take photo identity to collect parcel! Obviously some staff just don’t care! Still no apology! Not be going there again! Shocking service and total lack of care

Never had a problem until today! Went to drop off some parcels for Evri, went in just after 8.30am, the same time I always go in, to be told by some snotty woman that ‘we don’t normally take parcels before 9’!! Well, that’s news to me, I drop parcels off there a lot and I always go in round about 8.30am because that’s the only time I’m in Hexham!! Seemed to me like she couldn’t be bothered!!

My child goes to the Hexham Community Centre Playgroup and as a parent I can see the staff all work really hard so that the children have a fun, active, educational and happy day, while giving the newer children the extra care and comforting they need to get used to their new surroundings. All the children seem to really enjoy the playgroup and in my opinion it's a top class nursery/ playgroup.
