Fantastic world-class service and arrived early! Ordered from Canada which required international shipping out of the UK. Surprisingly, it arrived earlier than expected which was also a bonus!

My daughter's Steiff Pink Hoppel Rabbit Comforter in Pink (discontinued) arrived undamaged and it was well packaged (even over packaged, which was much appreciated). 5 out of 5 service and also excellent value even when considering the costs of shipping! I would certainly recommend and reorder from Toy Street UK for any of those hard-to-find European toys.

Don’t considering ordering from Toy Street.

I ordered a creative Tonies on the 6th December but they haven’t shipped it. And have ignored my attempts to contact them for an update. I have asked the entire family to record a story was meant to the be a special Christmas present for my son and daughter. I’ve checked online, and I can’t get another one anywhere else on short notice.

Completely avoid.

Ordered a gift for my nephew for Christmas on 4th of December ‘24. The estimated arrival for said gift was between Wednesday 18th- Monday 23rd of December. As of the 2nd of January 2025, I STILL haven’t received my order. My nephew didn’t get his gift at Christmas because of this absolute joke of a company.
I emailed asking where my order is on 27th of December and again on 1st of January with no reply whatsoever.

I have never encounter such appalling service. Avoid at all costs. They won’t send your order and then will refuse to reply to emails!

Toy street delivered the wrong items and no one wanted to resolve the issue. They don’t offer a replacement of the correct items and told me to go to the post office to return the wrong items first, and they could check with warehouse about the stock. It is not guaranteed the right items would be sent after I return the wrong items. Awful customer service and all emails have been ignored. No one followed it up.

Very disappointing experience indeed.
Ordered my item on the 11th of August with the delivery date between the 19th and 22nd of August.
Had to message them on the 23rd as I had not received a royal mail tracking update let alone my order.
I was told my order had not been dispatched and should be with me within 5 working days.
Today I have asked for a refund as its still not here, I have not received a royal mail tracking order so its definitely not been dispatched.
This store sells items they dont actually have in stock, basically acting as a middle man.
Never going to use them again.

Not a Neuro Affirmative or Disabled Friendly company.

Severely delayed delivery times.

Ordered items on 28th July 2024.

Nothing about delivery online as "Still Processing. "

Company contacted via email on 13th August 2024 to find out what was going on.

I explained I am Autistic, with other Neurodiverse diagnoses/hidden disabilities and stated that explanations can provide reassurance and ease anxieties.

After some too'ing and fro'ing I got an explanation - that the item they said they had in stock, they actually didn't have in stock thus needed to wait.

It is now nearly 3 months later and still nothing from the company and online status was "Still Processing".

I emailed them today to cancel and get my money back and I asked for an explanation and was hoping I would get an apology for them being so crap!!

No apology, no reason.

Just that they're sorry to hear I wanted a refund!!

I do not recommend buying from this company and they certainly need to do some more work to understand Neurodiversity/hidden disabilities, let alone improve their basic manners to their, albeit unhappy customers, who are rightly annoyed at Toy Street's appalling customer services.

A simple apology and an explanation can make such a huge difference to people.
