Had the unfortunate experience of meeting the manager Bren for a tour. Rude is an understatement. Wasn’t interested in the slightest. Couldn’t be bothered to talk and just unenthusiastic. Won’t be joining Anytime soon

Best gym in Hereford by far. Staff very friendly and very approachable. Been training here for years. Good compound equipment and and nice and tidy 👍

This is a really good gym. The equipment here is really good and its never overcrowded. I went for a free trial and its an amazing gym compared to halo leisure pool. The only thing that i find a bit irritating is that the benches are rock solid and uncomfortable. Other than that this is an amazing gym. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great gym. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Good range of machines and free weights. Very clean. Excellent private changing rooms. Lots of motivational events to give you that extra push in the gym. The overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I recommend them to my friends and family.

I must tell you that this is one of the best gyms around. It is equipped with all the gym equipments. Trainers are not available from the gym but there is some good gym trainers who works independently. This gym is having a dedicated lockers, bathroom , shower rooms, sunbed. The staffs are very good and helpful. The customers who comes to the gym are also very nice people.

This gym is open 24 x 7 @ 365 days.

Highly recommend this gym when compared to other gyms around.

Amazing gym, accessible 24/7, offers parking (limited) in city centre for members. Used to be more affordable, but now quite expensive for what it offers in terms of equipment, classes etc.

I have been going to this gym for over two years and I can say they are the most supportive and welcoming gym I've been to! In all my 6 1/2 years of fitness experience I have never been to a better gym! The Equipment is second to none, they have dumbbells that go up to 50KG, 4 squat racks, 2 Olympic lifting platforms, lots of weighted machines, a functional training area that has all the space that you'd ever need, good cardio equipment and private changing rooms!

You couldn't ask for much more than that for a reasonable monthly fee, and great hardworking staff too! There is something there for everyone and is has a good training atmosphere too! If I could give a higher rating I would, I'm not positive very often but when I am please take note 👍 when I do have something positive to say.
