Sam is a brilliant instructor. Not only has BMMA boosted my little ones confidence, it has improved his social skills with children in his own age group as well as his fitness.

My little boy is always asking about ‘martial arts’ and ‘when the next session is on’, he finds classes challenging but fun and since joining he is now happier to try new things (sports etc).

I would highly recommend BMMA to anyone.

Our son (6) absolutely loves it, and has now been going for a little over a year; he’s a rather socially awkward fella but the class has done wonders for his confidence and he’s made many friends here.
His self control has improved greatly and he’s much more patient with things that occur day-to-day that usually would have resulted in a tantrum.

Our daughter (4) is hoping to start in October.

This is a fantastic place to learn new things and improve. The staff are fantastic and they helped my nearly 6 year old come out of himself. He has been going for nearly 2 years and absolutely loves going. Highly recommended.
