This company were hired by my insurance company to fix my vehicle. It’s been just over a year and the vehicle is finally fixed!
They initially said they couldn’t source the part for my vehicle. They said it was on back order. I only ever received updates when I chased them. They then contacted me in August (11 months after promising to complete the work) to say they had the part after finally sourcing it from eBay (I’m unsure why they didn’t do this months before). They said they would be in contact to book the vehicle in for repair shortly. They didn’t make contact. I had to chase them and only when I chased them & expressed disappointment did they finally book it in for repair. What should have been a simple repair took over a year. I only ever received updates when I chased them and even then there’s been no apology due to the service I received.
I would never use this company again.

The team at Fix Auto were very responsive when dealing with my car that went in for repair, and they promptly delivered a courtesy car to keep me on the road. The work was completed to a very good quality: it looks better than when I first bought it.

Fantastic, efficient, quick service made all the more easier by them collecting and delivering your vehicle. They managed to turn around a fairly nasty dent within a week.

My parents had near identical damage on their vehicle which was sent to another auto body shop in the Exeter area who took 4 weeks to sort the repair as constant mistakes were being made! I was so glad my insurance company used Fix Auto!

Flipping fantastic service. Fixed my car bumps and crunches and sent the car back fully cleaned inside out which probably took more work than the repairs seeing as my kids seemed to think the car doubled as a disposal area for half chewed sweets.
I hope to never use this service again because I don’t intend to reverse into any more parked vehicles but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to be back.

Ok I did try and call to give this feedback but as no one answering the phone thought I would share for feedback to the garage. Bodywork repair great no queries on this. However some puppet put the wheels on my car back in the wrong order. Then told me there was a fault with the car it steered left and did they want us to fix it. As it drove perfectly when it was picked up we said they must have damaged it which they said absolutely could not be them. We had the car back and after much head scratching over a week our poor mechanic discovered the issue. I think some training might be required and please believe your customers we are not always right but might be worth listening sometimes.

I turned up with very little notice - they kindly fitted me in to the days schedule then turned my car around (detached bumper) within an hour. Really impressed, great service.

Amazing customer service and quality work. I pulled up to get a quote and within seconds someone came over to look at my van and fix the problem instantly. They managed to get a dent out of my roof really quickly and easily and gave me lots of useful advice. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly go back in the future!

What an awesome place & team I simply couldn’t recommend them more. From the very first call I had with Linda (you are a gem of a human being) to Joe collecting my car (very professional chap) and Dom in charge of making it all right again (genuinely cares about each job and gives 100%) and everyone else there...thank you to each of you for being so wonderful and doing such a fabulous repair job. Excellent communication & completely trustworthy. Can’t understand how any review is less than 5*!
