I can’t say enough about the incredible customer support at this gym. I had a misunderstanding about my membership, contacted the gym, and within a couple of hours, I received a response from Kim, the General Manager, who handled the situation, resolving it quickly and with genuine care for my concerns. A great gym. Lots of equipment, space and not too busy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. You'll need a padlock for a locker.

I love to go it this gym.They have this women's fitness aria, which covers all body type workouts, and it's nice and quiet, not overcrowded . Also the staff are extremely friendly and helpful they have sauna , showers and sun beds as well . You can visit a separate area for classes and aria for spinning classes. The changing room is very big and close to showers and you have big mirrors and hairdryers as well . I'm still new in this gym but very happy so far

Lots of new equipment, I would say the best gym in crewe and great price. However not very please with the manner/professionalism of a few staff, you want to have a more positive environment not a negative one.

Staff are brilliant - friendly and helpful
Gym itself has had a new make over plus new equipment coming in. Plenty of equipment to use and a great variety. Womens gym available as well as huge weights areas and cardio area.

Great gym,clean,plenty equipment, spacious parking.Cleaning lady rude.Dont know why showers being cleaned in peak time when others side showers is packed up.tryed to explain her that,but the answer woz I don't care.

Great gym, staff are really friendly always a warm welcome,Good price all classes use of the gym, sauna, steam room all included for just over £20 a month. Would recommend the gym to anyone. A gym for everyone all ages and abilities.
