I got in touch with Kate from Navitas earlier in the year in a keen bid to regulate my cycle holistically in preparation for starting a family. She recommended a course of reflexology treatment...fast forward 11 months and I am 31 weeks pregnant expecting our first child! I genuinely do think the support I had from Kate, her kindness and compassion not to mention professionalism helped enable this to happen and I can't thank her enough. Would highly recommend Navitas! Kate is lovely! She did some reflexology treatments on me when trying to conceive, whilst pregnant, and I’ve luckily been able to visit her postpartum too and look forward to when I next can! Her Facial Reflexology treatment always sends me to sleep!

Katie really made an effort to get me in as one of her last appointments of the day. I was in dire need of a reflexology treatment as I've been suffering with plantar fasciitis quite badly recently. Unfortunately, It seems to be an almost forgotten, dying breed for the high street masseuse's that tend to just highly focus on body treatments.

I found Katie from looking online for a local practitioner and I wasn't disappointed. Went above and beyond to meet my needs and support me and I almost instantly felt better and relieved after my treatment.

Thanks again for all your efforts and hard work Katie, it's really appreciated. And I can't wait to get booked back in and stay on top of my feet and lower legs.

I've just spent a few days on the Japanese Reiki course. It has been a life changing and beautiful experience. I will take it into my daily life and enjoy the peace, calm and sheer joy it has given me. I hope to practice on my friends and family too . Jenny is an intuitive , highly insightful practitioner and understanding trainer. I sincerely recommend this course for everyone.

Relaxing, friendly and well worth a visit. I have had many treatments at Navitas over the last 2 years as well as learning Reiki up to level 2. Excellent teachers and empathic people. Amazing relaxing warm and welcoming place!
I've had Reiki and Reflexology treatments, have attended Reiki Shares and even gone on to learning and being attuned up to Reiki Master Practitioner.
Not only are the treatments without doubt wonderful, but the teaching and classes they hold here are done in a wonderful way, there is no doubt that you are made to feel so very welcome whatever you are booked in for

I have had many treatments and attended Reiki courses at the Navitas Centre (all fantastic). Simon and Katie are wonderful they always make you feel welcome and relaxed. The Centre is a special place and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
