Thrive Education Recruitment has been a pleasure to work with/for. From the very first meeting feeling nervous at venturing into the supply realm after being in permanent employment, Ellis and the team made me feel at ease. They were quick off the mark at finding suitable placements which worked well for my work/life balance of juggling 2 small children and being able to work and the schools which I have had the pleasure to work in. No problem too big, no problem too small. Ellis has the personal touch and has a way of matching teachers to schools and classes with ease. Ellis' willingness to 'go the extra mile' does not go unnoticed as he seeks to establish links that enable continuity for both schools, supply teachers and most importantly the pupils. There is something different about Thrive to other agencies and that all stems back to Ellis.
