Yoga & Ayurveda - Hormonal Balance Day Retreat
I enjoyed the day retreat with Ivana very much.
The space was warm, welcoming and very beautifully arranged.
The Yoga practices shared were nurturing and very grounding.
I could feel the stress melting away.
We shared a beautiful homemade lunch, along with stuffed dates & herbal teas and so many other lovely thoughtful touches.

Ivana is a very knowledgeable teacher and her warmth and kindness shine, making you feel very welcome.
I came away with lots of practical knowledge I can incorporate into my daily routine.  A lovely way to spend a day & make new friends and practice self care.

I can't recommend Ivana enough, her yoga classes particularly have made such a positive difference in my day to day life. Ivana hosts the most calm, relaxing, restful, meditative 'Restorative' class I have been taking part in for the last 18 months. Ivana is warm, welcoming, adapts as is needed to offer 'alternative' restful positions and I thoroughly recommend taking part. I have enjoyed a couple of the 2/3 hour workshops Ivana offers which allow for a deeper experience spending time with Ivana and like minded people:-)

Ivana is such a lovely and thoughtful instructor! I went to her restorative class at Happy Om Studio right after a long-distance flight and that really helped rejuvenate me. The pacing of her sequence and her soothing voice adds to the whole blissful experience. Highly recommend her!
