I started training at AR Krav Maga in March. It has offered me a new and very effective way of learning practical self defence skills and a way to keep fit. I came in as someone with no real experience, but people there were really good at going at my pace and ensuring I understood what to do and how to do it. I’ve seen fantastic progress over the past 8 months. The team is professional, friendly and completely welcoming to people. Would fully recommend.

I've been training with AR Krav Maga for nearly a year now, and I can say with confidence that it is the best club I have ever trained with. Tony's commitment to excellence in teaching, along with a fantastic team of enthusiastic and talented instructors keeps me coming back for more. The facilities are excellent and there are plenty of opportunities for training throughout the week. The sessions are intensive, but in a good way. And no compromise is made on the effectiveness of what's being taught. Far too many people discover too late that you don't have to have "done something" or "deserved it" to be a target of unwarranted violence. But what you do have 100% control over is how you prepare for those situations. You honestly couldn't be in better hands!

Absolute game changer signing up for this! Tony is an incredible dedicated instructor, completely invested in every single lesson, amazing with children, and fun. He has a great team who support each lesson. Love AR Krav Maga ethos, not only raises children’s confidence and self esteem but awareness, great skills to learn that are essential in this lifetime! I have been going AR Krav Maga for a number of months now. I have always found Tony to be really helpful, he never gets frustrated or never shows it despite my numerous mistakes whilst learning. The guys and gals in the group as a whole are so supportive and compassionate towards newcomers, it made it easy to join and to keep on attending.
