I am a regular visitor to the Norwich Buddhist Centre since moving to Norwich two years ago. It is an excellent place to learn to meditate and explore Buddhism. All of the teachers are experienced and everyone is very friendly. I would especially recommend the Wednesday meditation night and monthly Men’s Buddhist Workshop (last Saturday of the Month).

Friendly folk, tea and biscuits, and if you dare, some profound, life-changing tools and teachings. Very accessible and no-one tries to make you a Buddhist. Just take what you need. A true place of refuge!
