We purchased what was supposed to be thick playmate on September 3rd - arrived 25th October & payed good money £114.
When the product arrived it's very thin flimsy sponge really isn't comfortable at all for your toddler child to play & feel comfortable. Don't buy this product

Made a purchase in May. Delivery dates not kept to. No communication ever received, unless hounded for by myself.(I had to chase the 7 email responses I received over a dozen times. I desperation for a response has clearly been interpreted as rude? Communication could have been provided, rather than chased for so much) My emails were ignored. I panicked that our school had been scammed out of hundreds of pounds. Staff were unapologetic and refused to give me Customer Service Manager's details. (Work details requested i.e. name and contact details - nothing personal). AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU. Post sales service is non existent. They have all the scripted, non specific answers which I am sure they will use after this review. By the way the item was received 4 months later which also puts some perspective over the amount of communication which "could have been provided".

Don't let the reviews put you off.

Ordered a winther Viking bike beginning of Nov23. Arrived today.

Was worried after 3 weeks and reading some of the reviews after ordering but the product page clearly stated 2-4 weeks lead time and it was 4 weeks .

Unable to fault the experience, will use again.

I ordered a soft play set over 8 weeks ago for my daughter's birthday. I still haven't received the set or a confirmed delivery date. It wasn't cheap and I saved to buy my baby girl something special. I have contacted ee supplies and the time quoted has been and gone. Im at the point of asking for my money back so that I can order from a company that will actually deliver the items paid for. The reviews I read before ordering were all positive. I've been left disappointed 😔

After 3 MONTHS of me repeatedly having to contact customer service. my item was finally delivered. However one of the pieces was missing, I had to once again chase customer service and prove that the order was incomplete despite the invoice inside the box being different to the item paid for. I had to wait a further 2 weeks for the missing piece.
This company leaves much to be desired, communication was poor and inconsistent. The service provided was horrendous I shall not be recommending this company and I will never order from them again.
Bitterly disappointed, I will be buying more soft play equipment from a more reliable company from now on
