It's a satellite site for Oxford Brookes University. Staff are friendly, mostly quite depending on the day you visit. There's toilet and shower facilities on site either disabled parking space.

You need to purchase a parking permit to park on site, but there's free parking spaces around, which gets filled up very quickly, especially in the morning.

This place is awesome. So many buildings. Each building named with 'Delta'. So be careful with building name. Well occupied buildings with all necessary facilities. Wheel chair accessed car parkings with enough parking spaces available. Well behaved staffs and faculty. Impressive. Definitely recommend.
