Seen Nossy a few times, pulled my shoulder a while back and he sorted it right out and shown me some good warm up exercises to help prevent in future. Also done some PT’s on some Olympic Lifting, man knows his stuff! Would 100% recommend for any sports massages and/or Personal Training.
