Just got back from a fantastic boat building workshop for home educated families with Netty. It was amazing! Netty is so friendly, fun and supportive. We learnt many new skills and the wooden boat looks super. Totally recommend and will be back for more workshops. Thanks so much 😊

I went to Netty’s workshop to learn how to make a ring from cutlery. I was really impressed by her patience and expertise. She is so good at explaining things and at praising your efforts, even when as in my case I was needing more support than the average student! I’m definitely going back again. I am interested in learning how to make earrings ( though from silver, not spoons!!!!) Thank you Netty for a lovely experience.

Netty has given me help with a DIY project, mounting a mirror on ceramic tiles, and I attended one of her enamelling workshops.

She is a really excellent instructor, breaks everything into manageable steps and explains really well both in a group and one-to-one environment. She's patient and encouraging, and evidently takes delight in other's successes.

Netty came to do some house DIY jobs for me - I found her recommended via my local Facebook group. From start to finish, Netty was an absolute star. I am profoundly deaf and she was so easy / nice to talk with. She communicated flexibly via email with me. Netty (along with her gorgeous dog Woody who stayed in her van) came always on time and she did a superb high quality job, putting up blinds and shelving. Netty is a multi talented person who is really committed to de-mystifying DIY for women. It was so refreshing to have her after so many years of having “handymen”. Netty is very reasonable in her charging, if anything she could charge more but is not mercenary inclined - I am saving up for new kitchen worktops which I’ll not hesitate to book Netty to install. I’m also planning to attend one of her creative workshops, having been inspired by her work. Thank you Netty - a real gem of a find!

Netty and corrine have been absolutely amazing with myself and children over the summer 2024 with making it wild programme. We have enjoyed every second, learnt lots of new skills from knots, to putting up a hammock, using tools to make wooden cars, mallets and dream catchers, making campfires to toast marshmallows the amount of activities are endless. Most importantly we’ve had fun and made cherished memories. The ladies have been friendly and I feel like I’ve made friends for life with them. They really are the kindest and have a heart of gold they have been so welcoming towards myself and family. We will miss our Tuesdays and Saturday mornings with them. We really hope they are able to do this next summer as we will definitely be there. Thank you to you both for all you have done.

Had so much fun in the work shop, really good instructions, great host and a nice ring to finish off with. Would recommend for a girly get together .
