Got a fully funded course, once I had passed all the units I contacted the teachers and got my certificate in a PDF and after 3 months I received it by post, loved it and recommended it to everyone

Unfortunately I've had to change my review. It's been over the time limit to receive my certificate. Contacted my tutor twice. First time I got a response. I emailed the person she told me to email. Absolutely no response. So contacted my tutor to again see what else I could do. No response from her either. So, they got their funding, filled their slots, met their numbers and now us students don't seem to matter. Such a shame because the actual course was good and the tutor was lovely.
