This institution “Derby” has kill my dreams and all I had plan to accomplish this year.
I applied of for HRM MSc September 2022 intake, I was given conditional offer.
since I am a banking, I hurriedly paid my tuition initial fee on 10 June then await the unconditional offer but till this very moment the the institution has not reply my numerous mail neither have the refund my initial payment.
There was a week I called consistently but no positive reply.
I was told I have meet all requirement but my offer was pending with the course advisor.
After so much calls with no positive reply, a certain customer service agent had to refer/advice I start the course with 2023 September intake.
I have withdrawn my application since August but till date, none of my mail has been reply and all calls to the school prove abortive, this has really affected me negatively.
please am begging, kindly refund my initial tuition payment.
