Just completed the Emergency First Aid at Work course with Ken today in the beautiful surroundings of Sunny Bank Mills in Farsley. Ken was a really great course facilitator. He was was patient, funny, and had an infectious passion for helping people in need of emergency care. The day was filled with so much information in a range of demo, video and written formats, and there were lots of opportunities to get hands-on, learning everything from performing CPR, dressing a wound, and helping someone to assume the recovery position. The group size of around 8 people was ideal, and I really appreciated the chance to learn from mistakes and have another go in the final practical assessment. Thanks Ken, I learned a lot!
