25 years ago I was lucky enough to walk into a Kenpo studio in Chard and meet a young Steve Harms...even at a young age Steve was formidable, since then he has gone on to become one of the finest and most effective Kenpo practitioners in the UK...if not the world.
Along with his father the late Ben Harms and brother in law Jason Churchill, they have created an astonishing club in Ilminster Somerset.
Kenpo is a progressive martial art and with Steve Harms at the helm, it can truly move forward.
With regular seminars throughout the year with international guests, you will not find a better place to train.
With family at the centre of Kenpo UK you will be warmly welcomed....from beginner to an old timer like me, you will always learn something new everytime you train.
Proud and honoured to share the floor with Steve and the rest of our Kenpo family.

Having dipped in and out of various physical sports in my youth, after a break I then sought for my families roots in Kenpo and was blessed to find this club under the Harms family. Almost a year in I genuinely feel like part of the club and family. Incredible group lead by inspiring masters, egos all left at the door it has helped my physical and mental health incredibly in life.. I would recommend anyone giving it a go, no matter what age.. 🙏👊🙏

A great, well established and welcoming, club with very knowledgeable instructors in this practically focused martial art. Kenpo UK will have something to offer everyone regardless of ability level, from complete beginners to those who have already started their martial arts journey.

Kenpo UK is an incredible club with international links. The instructors have insane knowledge and put so much time and effort into helping each individual find their path within this martial art. The students are also so welcoming and I couldn't train with a better group. 🙏

I was 63 when I started training at this club as a complete beginner.Ben and Steve were very welcoming and incredibly patient. That was nine years ago and I’m still enjoying it.
