What an absolute team Mark, Bob & Rich are at MSM training. I phoned mark just a couple of weeks ago wanting to do my Class 1 C+E license, after phoning around a couple of companies for information and costs, Mark was by far the most informative and put absolutely no pressure on me at all. He sent me a course schedule and helped work it around my workload & commitments & I couldn’t wait to get started.

My first day all three made me feel like part of the team even though I was just a customer, I was fortunate in my six days of learner to go out with Mark, Bob & Rich and thankfully due to there expertise I passed both parts FIRST TIME.

Excellent training, Mark and the guys took me from my car licence all the way through to my CE artic ( with theory and CPC training). Couldn’t have wished for better instructors both Rich and Gregg were very knowledgable and helpful. If you’re thinking about upgrading your licence these are the guys to go with 100%.

What a great team, I started training to be a coach driver, having never given it a thought before.
Bob, and Mark were professionals in their approach with new drivers, and gave 100% to the training. Both had different ways of teaching, but had one aim.
I can't recommend MSM enough, top guys and top training.

Their top-notch service and professional guidance were invaluable throughout my training. Bob, truly a great guy ,who was with me on the day of my test, and with me at training ,gave me confidence and guided me well. Can't speak highly enough of Mark and his team of instructors, absolutely spot on training company for your HGV.
Rich trained myself with great skill and knowledge, also got time to receive training from Bob and Mark which helps by getting access to so many years of training experience.

Very Highly Recommended. I passed my C+E today, after MSM stepped in and provided 2x lessons, to learn the area and a test. This was following a bad experience with a third party training provider elsewhere. All was provided within less than a month. Well done admin for that.
Richard was my instructor, full of useful information, tips and a real good laugh. Went into the test really relaxed and confident.
MSM is a really professional and competent company and well worth the money.
