Toby is an enthusiastic and passionate trainer with excellent teaching methods. I have worked in care for several years and Toby was able to deepen my knowledge and understanding of the practices, policies and procedures of working within the care industry. Toby was able to connect with each person in the training and communicate the information in ways that worked well for everyone’s learning style. Toby used practical demonstration, verbal and written communication to teach the group. Toby would open up questions to the group that were relevant in order to get us thinking about the answer, which we would all discuss together, great group involvement!

Our understanding was checked and supported. Toby was personable and respectful of everyone’s knowledge and backgrounds. Overall, a great experience with lots of laughs. I would highly recommend TEC South West LTD for high quality and worthwhile teachings. Thank you Toby, it was a pleasure!

Attended infection control training today with Toby, and a number of other courses the last few weeks - absolutely incredible teacher. Attended medication administration training yesterday with Toby, and a number of other courses the last few weeks - brillaint teacher! Toby includes all in his training and makes it more than sitting at a desk with a teacher. Toby makes it less textbook and more reality using real life examples and engaging with all the learners. Passed every course with TEC due to the wonderful knowlage Toby has in teaching. 100% highly recommended. Rhianna equally incredible! Efficient and friendly. We recently had Manual Handling and found Toby to be knowledgable and engaging when delivering the training. We all walked away with a clear understanding of how to carry out Manual Handling of people safe and respectful. Toby was able to tailor the training to our line of work to ensure it was relevant.

I went to TEC to get my emergency first aid certificate and it was great. Toby is very knowledgeable and clearly has a lot of experience, which made the course fun and engaging.

Toby provided a lot of real life examples of situations and how to deal with them, which made the information easy to digest.

Would 100% recommend TEC for anyone that needs a certificate or training for work.

The care company I work for use TEC for all their training needs. I have had several courses with Toby/TEC. The most recent one was Emergency First Aid. I was nervous with the CPR but he gave us time time to get the feel of it on the Annie torso and practice it until we were all comfortable. He didn't rush us. Sessions are calm and informative. Building is easy to find and good parking. Clean toilets and clean kitchen area to use for hot drinks/break time if wanted.

Had been looking around to refresh my First Aid qualification and found TECs very reasonably priced courses. All emails were replied to quickly and was booked on the course in no time at all. Toby was absolutely fantastic on the day, running the course in a laid back, enjoyable and very professional manner. Will definitely be using TEC again in the future for any further training we need to get sorted!
