I am a free lance trainer who delivers courses periodically for ETS. All staff are always cheerful whenever I am there, and always ready to help if I need any resources. The facilities are excellent. I have used a variety of classrooms when delivering my courses, and each one of them has everything that I would need. Richard gave me the chance I needed when I first started out as a self employed trainer and he has supported me ever since. The training facilitator Craig is so helpful and makes you feel at ease and explains everything that you need to in great detail. You can have a laugh and it makes it easier for you to study as it’s so laid back.

I cannot rate ETS highly enough. When I embarked upon my AAT Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting, after significant research, I chose ETS. I’ve never looked back.

After a 20-year gap since I last studied and not having completed AAT level 2, I was concerned about embarking on such an ambitious programme. I quickly realised shouldn’t have been. Richard (Owner) and Emma (Tutor) are simply superb. We identified the potential skills gap, tailored a study plan hanging off the main Course Programme and off I went.

Spending so much of my working day online (Teams, Skype etc) I knew I couldn’t face more ‘screen time’. A blended learning approach of physical tutorials / virtual classes and remote attendance if that suits, allows me to decide upon the best option for any given module and I don’t miss out on contact with my fellow students which, to me is important.

The pace is realistic, and advice on study texts and study approach invaluable, with progress measured at regular intervals to ensure the best possible preparedness for exams.

Personal Injury at home which saw an absence of 4 months away from study has been navigated, with Emma quick to come up with workable timeline adjustments.

The support staff are equally communicative and ever helpful and the premises and facilities superb. In 2021 if anyone had told me I would look forward to going back to College, I would have thought them mad.

As I indicated above, I reviewed a host of Providers. I sensed early that none of the alternatives provided what I needed nor expected for my money. Not so with ETS; I was right and from the first ever contact with Richard and Emma, I knew I was.

I cannot recommend ETS highly enough. AAT Level 4 was a medium-term target for me, possibly unrealistic or so I once thought. I am convinced it remains realistic but only because ETS will make it so.

Richard and his fantastic team made it very easy for me to complete the paper work over the internet, (not the easiest for me). A computer course will be our first one to book!
