I really enjoyed my Advanced Phlebotomy and Cannulating Courses, hosted by Ed’s Tillen.
Very well delivered,
Already being a Company only Phlebotomist within an NHS location I wanted to re-qualify (Outside of a company only course), to allow me to work anywhere nationally. I also learnt a separate venipuncture system to what I had been used to. That was a good thing and allowed me to add to my experience.
Since completing the course, I have also gone on to work for the company, cannulating and obtaining bloods.
What can I say?
The Management (Ed’s & Angela Tillen) are friendly, approachable and super professional.
Not only are they laser focused on Customer satisfaction, but they are also very attentive to their staff too! This makes working for them so easy to do.
The App is he company uses is super effective too.
11/10 would recommend this company and this employer!

My experience with IN-Training was amazing, one of the best learning experiences I’ve had if I’m totally honest. I was actually nervous about doing the course but the teacher is very reassuring, and attentive to all his students learning needs. I had Edd as my teacher, who is great at his job he literally goes the extra mile for his students. He makes sure everyone understood what we was learning, before moving onto the next topic with in the category. I even felt he tried to prepare his students for any problems, that could arise in their future careers once course had finished, I felt that to be very helpful and reassuring, as I think it gave most of the students the confidence to feel capable to deal with any situation. I felt I learnt in a relaxed but thorough environment, and was taught all the skills and knowledge I’d need moving forward in my career. I would highly recommend doing your training with IN-Training you won’t regret it, also I enjoyed my time learning with them so much I will be going back to do more training with IN- Training, as I feel they are one of the best companies to do your training with.

Edd was a great trainer for this intensive, two-day phlebotomy course, engaging the class with his friendly, humorous and interactive manner. The lessons, theory and practicals were all explained simply but in detail, with time made for questions, demonstration and repetition. This was especially appreciated during the practical exam and also the live bloods module some of us took on the second day. Such components often require extra time and care for trainees to be thorough and Edd was very reassuring to all of us.

He was also kind enough to have a conversation with me a few weeks before the session so I could ask questions to prepare and has been very helpful with employment, cpd and theory advice post-course.

I'd recommend anybody working in or interested in the medical/clinical field to get in contact with Edd at In-Training and see how they can help with continued professional development for you and your clinical staff or getting started in a totally new career entirely.

Grateful for the experience and now onto employment. 😊

I had a fantastic experience of phlebotomy and cannulation. I learned soo much. Before that I was afraid if I can do so because of non medical background but I did it very well.
