Excellent experience with Challenge Consulting whilst studying for my ILM Level 5 coaching and mentoring qualification. The training days were always useful, engaging, informative, fun and with helpful tips provided along the way. The pace of the course was quite intense but all the trainers at Challenge ensured appropriate support and encouragement was provided and were always available on email promptly or face to face to helpfully answer any queries. I undertook the ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring course with Challenge, and would thoroughly recommend them. Very professional trainers with a good grasp of their subject, I also appreciated the fact that there were a few tutors across the course ensuring that we had a bit of diversity in perspective, encouraging us to also develop our own unique identities as coaches. Courses take place in a lovely location, good facilities, and the requirements for qualification are very clear. They were also responsive to the adaptations I needed around my timescale for submission, and the course was good value against the costs I've seen quoted for other trainers.

I completed my ILM Level 3 as part of a development programme with Challenge and found it extremely beneficial for my role. I enjoyed it so much that I went on to complete the Level 5 Leadership and Management course which was far more testing but just as enjoyable. Challenge are an excellent training provider and are able to keep the courses engaging throughout. Their training centre is great, the trainers are brilliant and they have a wide array of reference material. I would recommend Challenge to anyone looking for training in Leadership and Management.
