Richard was my trainer on a weekly basis for over 10 years. He was the reason why I was getting out of bed early am to meet him at the gym. His sheer determination in getting you in shape is extraordinary. With his knowledge, confidence and professionalism, he’s been an ally on my journey. I miss him now as I moved away but wouldn’t hesitate to use him again if our paths cross again, and I hope it will.

I am extremely happy with the training I have had with Richard for nearly two years now. I train regularly with Richard on-line. He is brilliant. He works me hard, but never too hard, and I really see and feel the effects. He really knows his stuff, is friendly and supportive, and always provides good advice. I recommend him (and Joe, who I also see sometimes) very highly indeed!

I’ve trained with Richard for a couple of years, including during pregnancy. He’s helped me immensely with a prolapsed disc I have been suffering with in my back for some years. He’s so experienced and really knows his stuff, and I feel confident when we’re training that he’s recommending the best exercises for my circumstance. During pregnancy I felt in such safe hands and I’m sure what we did together then helped me in my post pregnancy recovery. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone!

I’ve now completed over two years Personal Training with RBPT. I am delighted with the results of my fitness and mental well-being as a result of having one to one training on a regular basis. The Regime really suites my objective , predominately to gain overall fitness, stamina and core strength. My posture has improved significantly. The team have extensive knowledge in the field of fitness. They live and breathe it without overwhelming you with their positive approach. I would highly recommend them . I have always trained at home regarding exercise but nothing beats one to one training. The exercises are safe and I’m convinced that I’ve achieved a level of fitness that would have otherwise been difficult and slower to achieve.
