since this college as been took over ,I've heard numerous amounts of negative comments ,staff leaving and the staff that have currently stayed can be a bit abrupt.
Their whole new concept of teaching maths along side the beauty course is a joke ,how this is going to help the children is beyond me.

I studied VTCT Level 3 diploma in Complementary Therapies here in 2011-2012.
To say I was nervous is a massive understatement! However the staff were helpful, instructive and supportive.
Erica was our main tutor and I can't praise her enough. She really loved the subjects, and this shone through. She also knew how to deal with individuals in order for them to succeed. Without her amazing support I don't think I would have got through it all.
I now run my own business, and have done for the last 4 years.
I highly recommend this college.

I previously attended in 2010-2011 when Gill ran the college and it was amazing. I went today to speak to the manager kristien after I contacted her last week for advice on possible retraining. She scheduled an hour appointment with the view to discuss various options available, to of double booked appointment walked past me and passed me over to someone else with no apology or acknowledgement, to be told my only option was to redo course which would not be funded as I already had done course and that was it, it could of been said on phone instead wasted my time, very unprofessional and rude. And as you can see she's even reviewed college herself giving 5 stars!

*Updated as can't reply, there was no meeting run over you had double booked us both for 12:00. The lady I spoke to gave me 5 minutes of her time with only 1 option to pay for a course I'm already qualified in! which as I said could of been made clear on phonecall. You walked straight past me to the other couple who was there for appointment without so much as hello and an explanation that someone else was going to be seeing me!? Very unprofessional.

Friendly helpful college I'm enjoying meeting some lovely students on my course which makes the learning experience even more enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking to learn a new skill whether for fun or a change of career there's something for everyone. Doesn't feel like learning when you're having fun every week!!

Really enjoyable courses, all of my tutors are very knowledgeable, helpful ,supportive and friendly. The collage is a lovely environment to work in, its like a little family. I would highly recommend East Midlands Collage of Beauty.
