I recently had a musculoskeletal massage with Carmen at The Healing Cabin and the experience was both therapeutic and rejuvenating. Carmen is highly knowledgeable, taking the time to assess my posture and identify areas of tension before beginning the session.

The pressure was firm yet controlled, targeting deep layers of muscle and connective tissue. I could feel Carmen working through knots and areas of tightness, especially in my shoulders and lower back. While certain moments were slightly intense due to the deeper pressure, Carmen adjusted accordingly, ensuring I remained comfortable throughout.

The session not only relieved immediate discomfort but also improved my overall mobility. I left feeling noticeably lighter, with reduced stiffness and better posture and 1cm taller 😊

Overall, this was a highly effective treatment for muscle tension and joint stiffness. I’d highly recommend it to anyone dealing with chronic pain, postural issues, or recovering from physical strain.
