I done a CCTV course with Simon Owen who was my teacher for the course, it was the most fun I had in a really long time, the way he delivered the course was superb and extremely fun. He was very cooperative and if you had any problem he would make sure to help you with it. I passed my exam because of the way he engaged us with his teaching and I learned a lot because of him. I recently completed the door supervisor and first aid course with ESO and Simon Owen as the trainer. The course and Simon were excellent. Simon is a gentleman, he delivered the course in a professional but interesting and funny way.
I struggled with some parts of the course, especially when I had to use a laptop but he made sure I got lots of help and I might not have got through the course without him putting the time and effort in to help me.
He did the same with others who were having difficulties learning some of the techniques.
Very helpful, patient and professional, I look forward to going back soon to complete the CCTV course and I highly recommend ESO to anyone interested in working in the security industry.

I have recently completed my Door Supervisor and CCTV Operator course with ESO. Both courses were run by Simon who was consistent and concise in the information he shared with us. He has a wealth of experience to offer a newbie like myself and is willing to open the training up to debate and discussion, which benefited my learning experience. Eso Sia training course. I've done a few courses like this over the years and this was easily the best. In terms of being taught the course and what you need to pass it is spot on. The tutor Simon also keeps the days interesting and amusing whilst keeping it professional. You also get the benefit of Simon's hands on experience of what you will be doing when you get licenced.
