Whoever was driving through chorley at 17.30 needs to take lessons himself, all over the road whilst using a mobile phone near b&q roundabout. Not really setting a good example for learners are you?

I had Jane as my driving instructor a few months back she wasn’t very patient and was rather unfriendly I felt like I wasted all my money learning to drive with her. As things were not explained very well and when mistakes were to be made she wasn’t very calm about it and sarcastic comments were made.a family member of mine also had the same issue with this instructor I wouldn’t recommend

Found their communication to be blunt and really unhelpful. They advertise Automatic lessons so I called , and emailed expressing my interest.

Got an email back saying ,'they had no automatic instructors AT THE MOMENT'

So I replied asking if it was possible to be put on a waiting list if possible.

Recieved a response 'we have no Automatic instructors?' That was their literal response. No 'sorry not right now and we don't offer waiting lists contact us at a later date. Just a really rude response assuming I am an idiot and do not understand.

So you either offer Automatic lessons you just don't have available yet or you offer none at all? Clearly not interested in my business and their customer service is just blunt and confusing. Luckily I am on a waiting list for October with another instructor. Their loss I guess.

Absolute rip off avoid trust me over 200 pounds wasted on poor lessons, have had to start over again with a new instructor due to the poor training given by one of their instructors. 10 lessons and not once was i taught the basics of driving ie mirror manouvers, important obstacles to look out for and how to approach roundabouts or junctions. Over 200 pound i will never get back for what, to listen to the instructors problems at home and be their agony uncle, companies like this should not be allowed to get away with it a disgrace

Very rude staff. No follow up of any driving lessons. Advertised automatic lessons but I was told on the phone they don't understand. Avoid!
