I took part in a first aid training course led by Richard for the venue I work at. Very easy to follow along with all of the information. Richard took time to answer any questions immediately with a very well balanced level of detail. Fantastic use of equipment to have a 'hands on' practice of performing CPR as well as understanding how to use an AED.
