The experience has been invaluable for both Shearer and me.

Excellent trainer. Our puppy Otto started the puppy skills course at 11 weeks. It has done him a world of good and we regularly get compliments on how well behaved he is, which is down to the techniques we have all learnt in class.
The classes have a friendly atmosphere, and Emma is always happy to answer questions and have a chat after class. Once signed up, you gain access to a skills hub on the website which has loads of useful information and videos to help. We have enjoyed the training so much we are looking at signing up to a different skills class already! Highly recommend!!

We completed the puppy foundation course. It was worth every penny. Learned so much about managing our pups state of arousal which really helped us manage some of her more difficult behaviours. Its also very enjoyable watching your pup improve week by week. Emma is great and promotes a reward based way of training which is a kind way of training your pup helping to improve their confidence and develop your relationship with your pup. She has lots of experience and extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to help as much as she can. If you're thinking about taking your puppy training I would definitely recommend confident canines. We have found the things we've learned invaluable. Thanks Emma!

Emma has been an amazing trainer for our golden retriever puppy. Her classes are the best start in training for a new puppy and teach valuable skills to ensure your puppy grows up to be a well-rounded dog.

We originally took our puppy to a different dog school that was very pieced together and didn’t seem structured at all. The trainers there weren’t very helpful and were also quite heavy handed with the pups.

Emma, on the other hand, has put a lot of time and effort into her 7-week puppy course and covers the basics as well as builds on the foundations. Our puppy was on the older side, joining the session at just over 6 months old but Emma was very accommodating and made space for us to have a proper puppy school experience.

The classes are structured, instructions are clear and you also get access to an online training portal that has video guides so you can continue the training at home.

We are so thrilled with Emma’s experience and guidance and will absolutely be enrolling our dog into the Life Skills course once the puppy course is finished.

I would 100% recommend Confident Canines to anyone looking to get best in class training for their dog.

Just coming to the end of the new puppy training course, which has been excellent! Emma is so knowledgeable, helpful and most of all calm and practical. She has given us the foundations to train our puppy Barney and each week you build upon this and develop the skills. She also has so much experience and has been able to answer all the questions we have had as new puppy owners. Looking forwards to the next course and could highly recommend these classes.
