I would love to take this time to say thank you to all the staff at Little Acorns! It feels like a family as suppose to a nursery. Nothing is ever to much and they always take the time to speak and get to know us as a family. My little girl is very happy to attend nursery and when I pick her up often tells me all the exciting things she has done throughout the day.

When she first started it was towards the end of COVID and she was very unsure of new people. However, I quickly saw great progress in terms of her confidence and social interaction.

The nursery encourage the children to take part in a wide range of activities which support all areas of their development. What's more, they send me regular updates through the app and plenty of photos highlighting the activities she has been doing.

Thank you guys, we really do appreciate all you do. xx

We are, and forever will be, so enormously grateful of Lilly's time at Acorns. She had been with you since 9months old through till 4 and her social, bubbly and creative side is all down to what you and the team at Acorns provide for the children in your care. Would recommend that everyone sends their child to you. We've loved it, Lilly loved it and we will all miss you terribly. Thank you again for all your support, guidance and care.

Be aware that little acorns advertised as a “forest school” couldn’t be further from what it offers.
It has quite an out dated view on childcare and they very rarely even take the kids outside.
There is a high turnover of staff/management. I’m concerned they’re not following offsted requirements and are very often out of ratio in the rooms.

We have unfortunately had a few safety concerns and an incident of neglect along with other parents and pulled our son out a few months ago to attend a more progressive, child led nursery. it’s important to share our experience as I wish I had known this before taking our son here.

Little acorns nursery is a lovely nursery, all the staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble for them, they always have some fun activities going on within the nursery which involves all the children, as well as activities for special events, my children where very nervous to start nursery in the beginning but was soon made to feel comfortable and now really enjoy their days there, the needs of the children are met very well, and I am comfortable knowing that I can contact the nursery at anytime and they will always tell me how my children are during the day.
An all round really lovely nursery with wonderful staff.
