I have been studying Level 2 Support Work in Schools since my children started nursery in January. My tutor is Ellie. She has been so fast at replying to concerns and provides great feedback. I will hopefully be starting my Level 3 at the end of this month to finish by Summer and apply for jobs.

I have University Levels and beyond degrees.
The tutor Alicia is useless.
They give you tasks and write out the questions very vaguely. They will tell you exactly what they want only in the feedback.
Oh and even when you write common sense answers it counts on their cheap-looking plagiarism website.
I am attaining a Masters level degree, to be told to redo a GCSE level assignment because it has AI when it does not whatsoever as a 'common cold procedure'

Essentially paying £400 for pdf files and few mock papers to get marked. It would be good to have some videos attached to certain topics explaining a bit more in depth rather just one paragraph on pdf files not even fully explaining
