Keith's Pilates classes have truly transformed my body! His expertise, attention to detail and ability to challenge and support students make his classes some of the best in London. I was recently diagnosed with BPPV, a type of vertigo, and he made sure I never felt unsteady or uncomfortable during class. His thoughtful modifications and deep understanding of movement has allowed me to continue training safely while building strength and balance. I only wish he would offer online classes so I could continue training with him no matter where I am in the world! If you're looking for top-tier Pilates instruction, Keith is the one to go to. Highly recommend!

Keith has been fantastic since the very first session, excellent knowledge of the body and how to manipulate it to get to root of my long standing Achilles tendinitis and lower back issues , which started improving from the first session. Keith always provides education to work on yourself in your own time even to help you help yourself but also to prevent reoccurrences in the future. Finally Keith has excellent customer service and is always great to help work around busy schedules , and even sending messages outside of sessions to remind you to do your mobility exercises at home. 5 star service and I would recommend to anyone.

I have been struggling with a bad knee for almost 2 years… i have seen 7 different specialists over this time and all had different views and positive influence and results were coming but either temporarily or just partially . Training in the same gym i asked Keith his opinion and after a short assessment he, went straight to the point, understood exactly what was the cause of this domino effect which resulted in a bad knee.. 3 Sessions. All it took for me to be fixed by him. The way he connects the dots of your body is fascinating. Truly Highly Recommended to say the least…

I have recently returned to Pilates after a rather long break. I can honestly say that having worked with several Trainers, Keith is THE BEST…! I look forward to my Weekly classes, despite finding it challenging after such a break. Keith makes me feel at ease and supports my progress. I am often tired and stressed after a day in a challenging Job but after Keith’s Class I feel absolutely wonderful and have seen an improvement not only in my physical health but my mental one as well. Keith is an amazing Instructor, I couldn’t recommend him/ his Classes more.

Keith is an absolutely brilliant teacher. He makes the classes accessible to all levels and gives detailed instructions. Above all he makes the class fun. You always feel like you have worked at the end of the class and I am improving with strength and tone after just a few classes.
