Went on a Sunday to send a parcel. Unfortunately I forgot a pen but the staff were willing to lend me one rather than force me to buy one on sale. Also the queues moved very quickly, they had 3 counters open and were very helpful. Lots of goods sold inside and at good prices. Free ATM for cash withdrawals outside.

This is the second time I bring in a parcel and the same young lady, rude & unsmiling, after scanning the parcel, chucks it in the mail sack like it's a piece of trash. This was an expensive camera, a special delivery worth £1k and insured. It landed at the bottom of the sack with a loud bang. Unbelievable, hopefully it's not damaged. Never again & made a complaint. Happened on 24/11/24 / 3pm

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with the lady serving us. My partner saw her name badge as Sindi. We were met with an awful attitude , rudeness and one of the worst customer services we’ve had. We understand people have bad days but wow… shocking and inexcusable. Will not be using the postal services here again.

I’ve used this post office for many years and it’s always been a really positive experience. Today I sent a couple of parcels and the young woman serving was hostile and unfriendly, no eye contact, no hello, please or thank you, just instructions. I raised this with her and the team leader, and received a shrug of indifference. I left feeling angry and embarrassed. Terrible
