Very disappointed about the bad experience with two members of the staff in this shop one ; very ruth, on the phone and the other one in from of the counter .

I both a pair of beautiful Italian sandals in Italy it cost me in the shop £140.00 i didn’t use them because change of whether in london ; so i took them to the shop ; they price them for only £12.00 i have no chance to negóciate it because the answer and actitud of the owner was unapproachable she said take or live it.
Is a second hand shop ,for them to take advantages in prices .

I think the lucking of staff experience to attend customers is not the best 👎🏻

Unbelievably rude woman working/running this shop. Went in with my pram (baby asleep) to have a browse. On the way out I left the door open as I couldn’t deal with it and the pram and she aggressively shouted after me “I’ll get the door then”. Don’t bother giving this business your money.

Some really nice items and brands but not a friendly lady upfront. She asked me NOT to try an item on because she was afraid I would rip it as she didn’t think it was my size and it was. Way to make someone feel good. Walked out. Didn’t get offered an Apple like the other two ladies shopping. Ps lady, I’m a petite and can fit into most things. The items I put back were actually too big!

Had a wonderful time chatting with Corinna (hope I’m spelling that correctly) while I tried on cashmere cardigans. I found the perfect one to keep me cozy and really enjoyed my visit to this sweet shop. If I lived here I’d be a regular for sure. Definitely worth stopping into.

I had the strangest interaction with the owner/ staff member at this shop. I wondered if they had any vintage silk headscarves in stock, was shown one and told "this one is expensive though, because its by a designer..."
The design was run of the mill but in colours that i liked and it was only £40.
After incorrectly assuming i have never heard of Diane von Furstenberg she refused to even let me hold it, saying "its expensive....you might want to go elsewhere...."
I was flabbergasted and a little hurt.

Brilliant shop for finding high quality and designer clothing at much cheaper prices than buying new. Some items are preloved, some are unworn. The quality is always fantastic. I've also sold quite a few items through this shop which is great if you need to have a wardrobe clear out!

A real gem of a shop! Incredible clothes, ranging from top designer to brand new high street. Everything is in perfect condition and the prices are really reasonable. The staff are amazing and really kind. This is my go to shop for party clothes and it's never let me down 💗⭐👍
