The lovely lady in this place was very helpful as I was assisting an elderly lady to this place .she worked very professional and helped us.Thank you Sara for all your wonderful help.Also when we first arrived we rang the wrong bell.The man in question came downstairs,refused to let us inside and became very abusive.Another person who was going inside let us in and tried to help us Only to meet this very same abusive man on the stairs and shouted at us to get out of the building.It was a very terrifying event and left my nerves in tatters .We had to get away as we thought he was going to become violent.He said he was a lawyer but no way would an Educated lawyer behave in such an abusive aggressive way.with all the screaming and arguing with him we had to run.No one can tell me that this is the first time that anyone had encountered that abusive man with threatening behaviour.obvously he is allowed to get away with it.very very frightening experience.
