Amazing club run by a lovely family. I feel so happy and lucky to have found them. My 6yo son loves it here and loves karate. In the last year they've been very supportive and friendly, I can't thank them enough, especially Sensei Daniel.
I would highly recommend this club for all ages and levels of ability.

I asked Silwood Park Karate to run a birthday party for my son in June 2014. We were not disappointed. The instructors engaged all of the children with a wide range of creative activities.

Since that party my son and I have both been attending classes with Silwood Park. We even went on the club camping trip to the New Forest in September 2014!

Everyone at the club is friendly and helpful. The lead instructors, Dan and Gillian, are very knowledgeable. We cannot recommend Silwood Park Karate enough.

My elder son joined Silwood Park aged 6 in 2012. He has always found the lessons fun, challenging, and rewarding and over the last two years his general confidence, coordination and fitness have all progressed alongside his karate training.

The club has a particular focus on the personal development of the individual student rather than seeking a generic level which means that all members will, with regular training, make progress. This approach engages children of all abilities and helps maintain the interest and excitement essential for a child's commitment to any activity. One only needs to sit and watch the older juniors train to realise how this translates into a very high standard of Karate over time.

The club has a number of families who train - not just siblings but also parents who have started training after taking their children to lessons (myself included). The adult classes are suitable for all levels, aid general fitness and confidence, and complement other sporting activities.

My son joined in September 2014 and looks forward to his class each week. The classes are mixed ability but provide structured progress with higher grades helping lower grades allowing Sensei Dan to achieve the best out of everyone. I would recommend anyone to give it a try especially with amazing offers of free classes for new joiners that crop up regularly.

Since joining Silwood Park karate club 11 months ago, our two children have really progressed. The sessions are a mix of learning self-defence, karate techniques and karate-related games. Their confidence and fitness have massively improved whilst they have lots of fun. I recommend Silwood Park if you child has an interest in karate or you are looking to improve their confidence.
