My four-year-old daughter was playing the in the park next door and suddenly needed the toilet. My wife took her into the Hub and asked politely to use the toilet. The staff turned her down and asked her to leave. Setting aside for a moment the claims of being a community service, who the hell kicks out a four-year-old girl in need of the toilet. An absolute disgrace and embarrassment.
